Our program to fight the confidence gap
1 in 2 women rate themselves less confident than men: this is called the confidence gap.
Through partnerships with Step Up for Global and US and expert local non-profit organizations, we proudly commit to support mentoring programs for women, by women, to help young women grow their confidence.
Initially launching in the US in January 2023, the initiative is expanding to more than 10 countries. Our goal is to help more than 15,000 women worldwide by 2026.
