"At L’Oréal, I have found an atmosphere that is challenging, productive, enjoyable, and people-oriented. There is a sense of vitality that unites everyone in what we call our "métier" or the roots of our very existence.

I have always aspired to be part of an international team drawing from the experiences of HR professionals across the world. L’Oréal has given me this opportunity in many ways. As Campus Management is part of my job, I have travelled to Paris twice for Brandstorm which is an international Marketing competition for students from 35 countries across the world.

What is exciting is when I get to meet L’Oréal recruiters each time: it gives me a forum to exchange views, ideas and learn form others experiences. Also, I get immense exposure by virtue of being in constant contact with very highly evolved Human Resources personnel from L’Oréal across the world."
