"This report describes the most significant steps taken, and also sets goals for the future," explains Lindsay Owen-Jones, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of L’Oréal, "for we are fully aware of the work that remains to be done. We are determined to move forward step by step thanks to initiatives that are tangible and measurable."
