"If the association "100,000 Entrepreneurs" feels close to L’Oréal, it's because we share the same conviction: we have to trust the younger generations and encourage them to assume responsibility for their own lives.
Together, we visit disadvantaged neighborhoods to tell young people: "You must have a talent, a desire, an idea… Turn it into a project for your life and pursue it to the end". Our common role is to convince them that nothing is inevitable. From then on, everything becomes possible."
