Linh Le was appointed to General Manager of Professional Products Division in Mar 2020 and is holding direct responsibility for the division’s operations. In this role, Linh will transform the division route to market and operation model to strengthen the core business in salon and seize new opportunities to further develop the professional brand portfolio.
Linh joined L'Oréal Vietnam in 2011 in the Professional Product Division as a Product Manager for L’Oréal Professionnel. During her 4 years with Professional Product Division, she held various positions in the Marketing and Education department to develop the brand L’Oréal Professionnel to a leader position in professional hair market.
In 2015, Linh moved to Consumer Product Division to become Marketing Manager for L’Oréal Paris then Maybelline New York 6 months later, where she has had different successful launches on Maybelline’s makeup and skincare, increasing the business significantly over two years. Linh returned to Professional Products Division in 2018 to become Brand General Manager of L’Oréal Professionnel, where she rebuild the strong partnering with key salons and regain the market for hair colorants and haircare.
At the beginning of 2020, Linh was named General Manager of Professional Products Division, in charge of developing the top 2 brands Kérastase and L’Oréal Professionnel to help the Division take leadership in the category and transform the professional hair industry in Vietnam.
Linh holds a MBA from University of Hanze Groningen (The Netherlands) and a MA in International Business from University of Anglia Ruskin (UK).
