By the end of 2020, L’Oréal will have helped more than 100,000 people from underprivileged communities gain access to employment. To achieve this goal, the Group has developed multiple initiatives: Solidarity Sourcing projects, vocational training and the inclusion of people with disabilities within its teams. In 2018, 63,584 people from underprivileged communities gained access to employment.
