Coaching for young mothers

“This programme made me realise how much L’Oréal was looking out for me and supporting me at a difficult time when I had to restore the balance between my personal and professional life,” says Aysegul Akay, a senior accounting specialist and one of the young mothers who have benefited from the series of six personal coaching sessions offered by L’Oréal Turkey to employees returning to work after maternity leave. These sessions are led by a professional coach and take place every two weeks, either in the workplace or outside the company.

The national press has broadly covered the initiative, which has been praised as an innovative measure to encourage working women and allow them to enjoy motherhood to the full while pursuing their careers.
