Shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, skincare products, cleansers, hair colouring, styling products, perms, deodorants, suncare products, makeup and fragrances...: our experts analysed all types of product the Group makes. The 40,000 formulas composing them were defined in 143 categories based on the benefits offered to consumers.

For each of these 143 categories, a baseline was determined, corresponding to the weighted average of 2013 sales volume (or 2014 if the product type was not available in 2013) for the two indicators (biodegradability and water footprint).
