It is held on a national level each year, and the winners are chosen by a renowned panel of judges featuring famous experts in various fields to assure objective assessment. The assessment criteria include specific benefits to the community; quality of work in partnership with other stakeholders; employee involvement; consistency; innovation and level of public recognition.
