L'Oréal Central America is a business HUB of the L'Oréal Group to operate in 11 countries in Central and South America, since 2006.
20 of the 34 global brands of the L'Oréal Group are present in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador, Panama, Paraguay, Bolivia and Ecuador thanks to the work of our human group, composed of more than 120 people, and our distributor network in the different countries.
L'Oréal Central America is a young and diverse HUB. 75% of our employees are Millennial and 19 nationalities make up our human group. The Top Management is composed of eight directors who lead the business divisions and support areas, with a single purpose: Develop innovative teams to bring the best beauty experience to every home in our region.
In 2020, L'Oréal Central America moved its offices to the Panama Design Center building in Costa del Este - Panama City, a vibrant new space of beauty, agility, technology, sustainability and collaboration.
At L’Oréal, we care for animal welfare and we do not test on animals. We are for beauty with no animal testing.
Since 1989, 14 years before the EU regulations required us to do so, we have not tested the safety of our products on animals.
Because we care about animal welfare, over 40 years ago, L’Oréal pioneered the development of human reconstructed skin that can be used to evaluate how cosmetic ingredients and products behave on human skin.
