L’Oréal Korea was established in 1993 and markets 16 of our Group’s brands. 

Our subsidiary uses a variety of distribution channels and also launches new products to meet the specific needs of Korean people, thanks to the Korea Innovation Center.

Employing about 2,000 people, L’Oréal Korea also runs various CSR programs such as ‘Korea L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science Awards’ and ‘Citizen Day’.

At L’Oréal, we care for animal welfare and we do not test on animals. We are for beauty with no animal testing.

Since 1989, 14 years before the "EU" regulations required us to do so, we have not tested the safety of our products on animals.
Because we care about animal welfare, over 40 years ago, L’Oréal pioneered the development of human reconstructed skin that can be used to evaluate how cosmetic ingredients and products behave on human skin.

Accordingly,  sustainability is completely integrated with our strategy, making extensive progresses and being recognized externally.
