In the tension between timeless legacy and modern audacity, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté creates daring beauty that dresses change. A manifestation of boldness and singularity, defined by clashes of color and style, a liberation from convention, and a defiance of the norm.

Authenticity remains the foundation, driving the creation of icons in makeup, fragrance, and skincare. These signatures are born from the heritage of M. Saint Laurent, the visionary who shaped the cultural zeitgeist for generations.

Today, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté forges the beauty of tomorrow through effortless attitude and fierce determination. This is unapologetic beauty that moves lines and audaciously pushes boundaries. Young. Edgy. Luxury.

Creating the daring beauty that dresses change

M. Saint Laurent once said, ‘I don’t believe in rules. I believe in freedom.’

At YSL Beauty, we carry this conviction forward, defining beauty as a source of empowerment and unapologetic self-expression. Driven by this mission, we create the daring beauty that dresses change – a bold signature for those who want to exist fully and live intensely.

YSL Beauty also translates this spirit of absolute freedom into a profound responsibility for the future we are shaping. From cultivating an elevated sustainability ecosystem at the OurikaCommunity Gardens to the global fight against intimate partner violence through the Abuse Is Not Love program, the brand builds a vision of luxury defined by purpose.

The Ourika Community Gardens

Since 2014, at the foot of Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté has cultivated the Ourika Community Gardens. The initiative drives positive change, honoring M. Saint Laurent's lifelong bond with the region. While Morocco once provided a vibrant contrast to the couturier's Parisian life, today it serves as a critical source of botanicals for the brand's iconic products, empowering a local female-led collective through employment and education. For over a decade, it has fueled innovation by transforming the land into a thriving source of ingredients.

ABUSE IS NOT LOVE

Through the global initiative Abuse Is Not Love, Yves Saint Laurent Beauté is dedicated to fighting intimate partner violence (IPV). With 1 in 3 women experiencing IPV in their lifetime - whether sexual, physical, psychological, or financial - this program drives change by educating individuals on the nine warning signs of abuse.

Currently active in more than 25 markets, Abuse Is Not Love aims to educate 2 million people globally by 2030. The initiative is built on four key pillars: supporting local non-profit organizations, educating Yves Saint Laurent Beauté teams worldwide, contributing to thought leadership through academic research, and executing wide-scale awareness campaigns.
