Family Day 2026
Explore the beauty of the future
Opening the doors of L’Oréal Groupe campuses to introduce children to the company’s professions and universe through a fun, immersive experience: that is the ambition behind Family Day. The event brings families closer to their parents’ working lives and highlights the diversity of the Groupe’s professions.

A look back at a 2026 edition celebrating innovation, science and technology.
For one day, the campuses welcomed employees’ children for a programme filled with discovery and wonder. In total, 2,260 children aged 5 to 12 took part across six campuses in the Paris region between April and October. More than a visit to the offices, Family Day offered a sensory, hands-on immersion into the Groupe’s world.6

To bring this adventure to life, the Campus teams worked to design the workshops.
This year’s theme, “Explore the Beauty of the Future”, guided the experiences on offer to children and their families:
- Apprentice perfumers: creating a personalised roll-on fragrance while discovering top, heart and base notes.
- Skin workshop: exploring the microbiome through an interactive wall, discovering textures on sensory displays and learning about sun protection with UV-reactive tattoos.
- CréAITech workshop: for children aged 10 to 12, an introduction to prompting and AI-generated advertising images, followed by a show combining illusions and playful interaction with Inno the Robot.
The Fun Zone also brought all generations together with glitter make-up workshops, immersive photo booths and a family snack
A wonderful collective effort
Thank you to the Campus teams and the employee volunteers who helped organise this edition. Their commitment gave families the opportunity to discover the campuses in a new way and explore the world of L’Oréal Groupe through a memorable experience.
