Established in 2013 in 10th of Ramadan City, the L’Oréal Egypt manufacturing plant stands as a testament to our deep commitment to local manufacturing and regional leadership.

Cairo Plant is More than an engine for the domestic market, it is a major export hub for the MENA region zone and beyond. Over 85% of the plant's production is exported to over 20 countries across the Middle East and North Africa. Actively prioritize local raw materials and packaging suppliers, helping elevate Egyptian manufacturing standards and driving local value addition in every product that leaves our factory floor.

Through our global strategy, L’Oréal for the Future, we are transforming our business model to respect planetary boundaries and drive positive environmental change across Egypt.
Our 10th of Ramadan plant is a regional benchmark for green production. We continuously optimize energy efficiency, lower carbon emissions, and reduce water consumption per unit produced through advanced water-recycling technologies.

Proudly Cairo plant has reached 100% Renewable energy, 100% water-loop in the industrial process, prioritizing recyclable packaging, and implementing zero-landfill protocols across our operations.
