Jeannie Ong was appointed as Chief Finance Officer of L’Oréal Vietnam from September 2022. Jeannie joined L’Oréal Malaysia as Corporate Business Controller from November 2014 and was subsequently promoted to LUXE Business Controller of L’Oréal Indonesia, then CPD Business Controller Director. Jeannie is known for her speed, accuracy and pro-activeness at work, strong leadership, and people development skills.

Ngoc joined L’Oréal from Lazada Logistics Vietnam, where she entered in 2020 as Vice President and Head of HR. Ngoc is passionate about young professionals; she was the Co-Founder of Vietnam Youth Forum in 2008. And from 2017 to 2019, Ngoc became the Co-Founder of Zig Zag, an online platform and mobile app for recruitment in the UK. With her skills and experiences in leading HR teams, as well with her strong commercial acumen and her focus on customers, Ngoc shall put L’Oréal Human Resources at the heart of the business and people fully at the center; to further orchestrate and lead the organizational transformation of L’Oréal Vietnam.

Raagjeet Garg was appointed to General Manager of Consumer Products Division in May 2021. Raagjeet is a passionate and driven complete leader who has been successful in building people orientated culture in the different and diverse countries where he has been assigned.

Benjamin has spent 16 years at L'Oréal working in various markets. In recognition of his strong leadership and strategic acumen, Benjamin Rachow was appointed as Country Managing Director of L’Oréal Viet Nam in January 2022, one of the top 10 potential next emerging markets of the Group.

Jeremy joined L’Oréal in February 2021 as General Manager for Professional Products Division Singapore, where he showed his commercial experience, ability to build strong relationships with key accounts & his authentic people leadership skills. Jeremy Ong was appointed as General Manager of Professional Products Director of L’Oréal Vietnam from May 2022, who will bring Professional Products Division to the next level – building aspirational brands strongly anchored in the professional environment, mastering our offline and online distribution, and pioneering new ways of engaging and connecting with our hairdressers and consumers.

Cary Noreen Co-choa was appointed as General Manager, LUXE Division of L’Oréal Vietnam from November 2022. Cary is an experienced business builder with over 14 years of exemplary career in the field of beauty.

Raagjeet Garg was appointed to General Manager of Consumer Products Division in May 2021. Raagjeet is a passionate and driven complete leader who has been successful in building people orientated culture in the different and diverse countries where he has been assigned.
