Clichy, 9 February 2024 – L’Oréal Groupe and Prada S.p.A announced today the signature of a worldwide long-term license agreement for the creation, development, and distribution of the luxury beauty products for the Miu Miu brand. Following the successful collaboration with Prada brand, Miu Miu is now joining the L’Oréal Luxe division for a new beauty chapter.

L’Oréal announced today that it has signed an agreement with Natura &Co to acquire Aēsop, the Australian luxury beauty brand. The proposed transaction values Aēsop at an enterprise value of USD 2.525 billion. Created in 1987, Aēsop is world widely renowned for its skin, hair and body products. With its signature amber packaging, plant-based ingredients, sustainable vegan formulations, and its bespoke customer service, Aēsop has evolved into a global super brand available across luxury retail, beauty, and hospitality locations around the world.

L’Oréal today at CES® 2023 unveiled two new technology prototypes that expand access to beauty expression: HAPTA, the first handheld, ultra-precise computerized makeup applicator designed to advance the beauty needs of people with limited hand and arm mobility; and L’Oréal Brow Magic, the first at-home electronic eyebrow makeup applicator that provides users with customized brow looks in seconds.
