Through our L'Oréal For Youth programme, we upskill youth to support employability, through a series of masterclasses, mentoring and partnering with local youth centres.
Every year, we celebrate Citizen Day. A full day of employee volunteering, where we support NGOs in our local communities.

Our commitment to sustainability
We operate the UK's largest make-up recycling project and are expanding our refillable product lines across a range of categories – skincare, haircare, fragrance – empowering consumers to make choices that are better for the environment and more cost-effective. All three of our distribution centres are run on renewable energy.
We are proud to partner with Net Zero Now on a Net Zero Salons programme, to help salons reduce their carbon footprint and achieve a net-zero status.
