Our acclaimed Graduate Programs offer young talent, from an array of disciplines, a unique immersive experience – an opportunity to discover L’Oréal’s agile ecosystem, with a personalised overview of how different Divisions, Brands, and Functions operate. Stephen Di Marzo’s L’Oréal journey commenced in 2014, via our Graduate Management Program. The Program enabled Stephen to experience four exciting rotations within the business, and in 2015, he successfully secured a position as an Assistant Brand Manager within the Dermatological Beauty Division. Between 2018-2020, Stephen relocated to L’Oréal Groupe’s Head Office in Paris, as an International Brand Manager, and is currently based in Melbourne as the Marketing Manager for SkinCeuticals – the #1 medical aesthetic skincare brand worldwide.

Recently, Stephen was invited to share his expertise to create business success with Associate Marketing Professor, RMIT University - Angela Dobele.

L’Oréal Australia & New Zealand offers three key Programs for students and graduates across four dynamic Divisions – Corporate, Consumer Products, Dermatological Beauty, Luxe, and Professional Products:


A dedicated 12-18-month mentorship and coaching program, which offers 2-3 rewarding rotations across the business. The ideal opportunity to develop your functional skills within Brand or Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, e-Commerce, PR & Communications, Finance, Account Management, and Supply and Operations.

An exciting 6-month (part-time), immersive business experience that considers your study schedule, and offers a gateway into our revered Management Trainee program.

Established in 1992, L’Oréal Brandstorm has become the largest innovation competition in the world, which attracts 48k+ participants across 65+ countries each year. The competition unites students from across the globe to tackle real-world business problems. This year’s exciting challenge is centred on ‘disruptive beauty in the technology and metaverse space’. Come up with unconventional solutions, and get ready to pitch to the L’Oréal experts.
