2024 L’Oréal Beauty for All Scholars

In Partnership with Kangan Institute

Our young scholars show that the world of beauty is more than just a creative outlet - it’s an avenue that celebrates self-expression, drives confidence, and profound purpose.

L'Oréal Groupe in Australia is proud to present the 2024 Beauty for All Scholarship Awards, that provide young, passionate, and aspiring, young beauty professionals with valuable educational opportunities, and promising career pathways into the beauty industry. This year’s recipients have endured an array of hardships, and we are thrilled to award such deserving students with the tools, and support to help them accomplish their career dreams. The collective entrepreneurial spirit, and motivation of these recipients makes them stand out from the crowd. This is the talent L’Oréal Groupe seeks to foster across the globe - today and tomorrow.

“At L’Oréal, our mission is to ‘create the beauty that moves the world’, and we’re honoured to support young people via our Beauty for All Scholarship program, in partnership with Kangan Institute. Our 2024 scholars, Kiana, Jazmin, Maryam, and Neica are passionate about beauty, forging their own career paths, and helping others fulfil their individual wellbeing, and self-expression goals”, says Marnie Carroll – Corporate Affairs & Engagement Director, L’Oréal ANZ.

Our aspiring beauty professionals were recognised at the L’Oréal Beauty For All Scholarship Awards on Tuesday 5th March. Each scholar will receive a beneficial scholarship that covers their full tuition expenses at Kangan Institute, one of the largest and most revered education and training providers in Victoria.

“I’ve been struggling with mental health issues, and this scholarship means the world to me. I’ve always been creative, and now I have an opportunity to develop crucial skills to enter the beauty industry – either as a qualified makeup artist or nail technician. Upon graduation, I hope to gain employment within a salon or spa, and eventually commence my own business.”

“I’m a full-time student, and live with my mother. It’s just the two of us, and my youth allowance is restrictive. I’m passionate about the beauty industry, and find the innovations and trends fascinating. The Beauty For All Scholarship with the Kangan Institute will allow me to 100% focus on my education – to develop new skills, learn about exciting products, and provide exceptional customer service.”

NEICA STEIN

This valued L’Oréal Beauty For All Scholarship has made my parents extremely proud, and I’m so excited to embark on a rewarding journey, which will allow me to realise my dreams. My ultimate goal is to pursue a successful career as a Beauty Therapist, Makeup Artist, or Nail Artist.”
