Jeannie Ong was appointed as Chief Finance Officer of L’Oréal Vietnam from September 2022. Jeannie joined L’Oréal Malaysia as Corporate Business Controller from November 2014 and was subsequently promoted to LUXE Business Controller of L’Oréal Indonesia, then CPD Business Controller Director. Jeannie is known for her speed, accuracy and pro-activeness at work, strong leadership, and people development skills.

Benjamin has spent 16 years at L'Oréal working in various markets. In recognition of his strong leadership and strategic acumen, Benjamin Rachow was appointed as Country Managing Director of L’Oréal Viet Nam in January 2022, one of the top 10 potential next emerging markets of the Group.

Cary Noreen Co-choa was appointed as General Manager, LUXE Division of L’Oréal Vietnam from November 2022. Cary is an experienced business builder with over 14 years of exemplary career in the field of beauty.

Trinh Nguyen was appointed L’Oréal Vietnam’s Chief Communications Officer in May 2008. Reporting directly to Country Managing Director, Mrs. Trinh is responsible for protecting and promoting L’Oréal’s reputation in Vietnam by increasing the visibility of its product innovations, scientific expertise, business success, leadership and social contributions. In this role she directs the company’s communications strategy, overseeing all internal and external communications functions.
