Pioneering the sustainable transformation of the professional beauty
At L'Oréal Professionnal Products, it all starts with the Pros. As leaders of our industry, it is our duty and our ambition to drive its sustainable transformation and embark hairstylists on the sustainable journey.
With the Hairstylists for the Future program, we aim at empowering each hairstylist with knowledge and solutions to make their salons more sustainable, while being more profitable.
How ? By providing hairstylists with:
Adequate sustainable solutions developed by our brands (AirLight Pro, Water Saver, refills at the backbar and in salons).
Local external partnerships with green energy providers, hairwaste valorization companies or multi-stream waste collecting actors, and comprehensive training modules.
Since the launch of this program in 2022, more than 62 000 salons have adopted at least one of our sustainable solutions.
