Julius Hrasko
Chief Transformation Officer, L'Oréal India

Julius Hrasko joined L’Oréal India in March 2025 and currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer. He is responsible for leading the organization’s transformation efforts, combining strategic oversight with operational excellence.
Julius has spent a decade within the L’Oréal Groupe in key finance and transformation roles. He was the Chief Financial officer (CFO) for L’Oréal Russia and Hub Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia. In these roles, he led several complex transformation programs, championed the digitalization of financial and operational processes and played an active role in business development initiatives, particularly in expanding export activities.
Prior to L’Oréal, he held senior leadership roles across the banking and automotive sectors in Europe and Africa, bringing with him a wealth of cross-industry and cross-cultural experience. He is known for his strategic mindset, adaptability, and commitment to continuous learning.
Julius holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Arts et Métiers – École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, an Engineer’s degree in Banking, Corporate, and Finance from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.
