We want to lead this change and co-create the future of beauty with the creative talents and entrepreneurs of tomorrow who have the ability to transform the way Beauty Brands interact with consumers.

Joining the Beauty Tech Atelier means seizing the opportunity to be introduced to our 35+ global Beauty Brands and to benefit from the resources and talents of our key partners such as Station F or the Incubateur HEC Paris. We want to establish partnerships with emerging companies from all over the world to build a new generation of personalized and innovative digital services so that together we can create the beauty that moves the world.

We're looking for early-stage startups ready to scale, ideally with experience collaborating with corporate partners. A successful PoC or pilot with a L'Oréal Beauty Brand is usually a strong starting point of the Beauty Tech Atelier journey.

Program Offering

L’Oréal Beauty Tech Atelier welcomes each semester up to 10 high potential early-stage startups and accelerates their development by bringing them strategic mentoring and operational support.

The program is completely free of cost and can run in a hybrid format for entrepreneurs based outside Paris.

Benefit from the expertise of the world leader in Beauty to develop your startup. A dedicated mentor will support your growth and help you navigate within the group and its +35 internationals Beauty Brands.
