WORLD CONGRESS OF DERMATOLOGY: THE L'ORÉAL GROUP UNVEILS NEW STUDIES AND INNOVATIONS

Singapore, July 5, 2023 – L'Oréal presented its vision for the future of dermatology at the World Congress of Dermatology in Singapore by unveiling its new research and innovations in the field of skin health. For this edition, the best dermatologists, scientists and researchers in the world gathered at the World Congress of Dermatology (WCD) to discuss the latest advances.

The Canadian medical team of L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) division was in the front row with two Canadian dermatologists who presented their work at various symposia, Dr. Jerry Tan for La Roche Posay and Dr. Andrew Alexis for CeraVe and La Roche Posay.

For the first time at a world congress, a Canadian poster with the results of a recent La Roche Posay study on xerotic skin (local inflammation of the skin), was featured at the event, which brought together 12,000 delegates from more than 120 countries.

An exceptional conference for LDB Canada

The 25th World Congress of Dermatology was a memorable one for LDB Canada both scientifically and socially, allowing hundreds of interactions with dermatologists from around the world.

The participation of Canadian physicians in L'Oréal events has created memorable bonds.

Very inspiring.... A Canadian podcast

The LDB Canada team worked on a tool that quickly became a staple for conference highlights and daily news, the Skin & Joints podcast produced in collaboration with Vancouver native Aaron Sihota host and dermatology residents Touraj Khosravi (Vancouver) and Anastasiya Muntanyu (Toronto).

Finally, in partnership with dermatologists around the world, L'Oréal advances skin health for all, in all its infinite diversity.
