Championing Social Impact & Inclusion

L’Oréal Malaysia’s influence extends beyond cosmetics, creating a ripple effect across numerous related industries. Our economic contributions are substantial, reflecting our economic leadership and impact. We are also deeply committed to create positive impact for the people and planet.

We upskill women from lower-income communities through Fondation L’Oréal's Beauty for a Better Life initiative, as well as bridge the gap for women scientists via the L’Oréal-UNESCO For Women in Science programme. L’Oréal Malaysia is also the first beauty company to join the Malaysian Recycling Alliance (MAREA).

Our People are our Pillars

At our workplace, we champion diversity and inclusion to ensure that every one thrives. Women make up 72% of our workforce, with 62% in senior leadership positions, and 50% in the country's management committee.
