The Emirati Human Resources Development Council (EHRDC) and L'Oréal Middle East have joined forces to support the UAE's Emiratisation agenda through a strategic partnership.

The Groupe launched ‘L’Oréal for the Future’ in 2020, the second phase of its sustainability program with a set of ambitions achievable by 2030, to be a catalyst for change in the beauty sector by leading the way in fighting climate change, measuring water sustainability, respecting biodiversity and preserving natural resources. The Groupe has already reached several milestones in that mission, such as 100 of its industrial sites, including 25 factories, achieving carbon neutrality in 2021, and 67 percent of the PET plastic in its products being from recycled sources last year.

Alliance for YOUth members Nestlé and L'Oréal have launched Next Level, or “NxL,” a one-of-a-kind training program aiming to help more than 1,000 university students and fresh graduates per edition in the Middle East and North Africa to enhance their professional skills and employability.

Dubai Foundation for Women and Children announced its partnership with L’Oréal Fund for Women to launch the "Isolation Building" project, with an aim to protect the beneficiaries and faculty to ensure the continuity of its services with high safety measures.

L’Oréal Paris in partnership with Himayah Organization will roll out the Stand Up training program developed by international NGO Hollaback! to train 35,000 people in Saudi Arabia on bystander intervention to tackle street harassment.
