Sophie Berrest, Country Manager L’Oréal Switzerland

Sophie Berrest joined L'Oréal in 1997 in Germany. She holds a degree in economics from the Friedrich-Alexander University of Nuremberg. She has held several marketing and sales positions within the L'Oréal Luxury division in Germany and in the Western European zone in Paris, where she managed Lancôme from 2010 to 2012.

Promoted to the position of General Manager of L'Oréal Canada's Luxury Division with a portfolio of 18 brands, she was able to transform the division through a customer-centric vision, while mastering the many changes in the Canadian market. In particular, she contributed to the implementation of an accelerated growth plan in e-commerce, developing solid CRM and precision advertising strategies.

Since 2018, she has been Country Manager of the Swiss subsidiary and until the end of 2020, she was also Managing Director of its Luxury Division.
