L’Oréal Appoints Nora Wolfe Senior Vice President and Head of Media in the United States
Wolfe joins the L’Oréal Groupe with over 18 years of media leadership experience, with deep expertise in consumer-packaged goods.
New York, NY, March, 20, 2026 - L’Oréal today announced the appointment of Nora Wolfe as Senior Vice President and U.S. Head of Media. In this role, Nora will report to Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for the United States, Han Wen.
Wolfe joins the L’Oréal Groupe with over 18 years of media leadership experience, with deep expertise in consumer-packaged goods, most recently as the Chief Investment Officer of Beauty Co-Lab, L’Oréal’s bespoke media team within Omnicom, where she has developed a strong understanding of the L’Oréal ecosystem.

Before her work at L’Oréal’s Beauty Co-Lab unit within Omnicom, Nora led Integrated Investment for Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue at IPG, where she pioneered innovative media strategies, including first-to-market video initiatives and the development of a bespoke inventory optimization framework that has become the model within the agency.
