L’Oréal USA Named a Top 10 Company in Seramount’s 2021 Best Companies List

New York, NY – [September 28, 2021] — For the second consecutive year, L’Oréal USA has been named a Top 10 Company in Seramount's (formerly Working Mother Media) 2021 list of 100 Best Companies. The beauty leader was also included on Seramount’s 2021 Best Companies for Dads list as organizations move toward gender-neutral parental leave efforts. Both recognitions focus on company policy and programming across inclusive benefits for families including paid gender-neutral parental leave, backup childcare, and how organizations supported their employees throughout COVID-19.
