Tuesday, October 22nd 2013, all L’ORÉAL employees from all over the world were invited to take part in a dedicated Ethics Day.
Initiated 4 years ago, this day allows all Group employees worldwide to exchange on the Group’s Ethical Principles that shape our culture and underpin our reputation: Integrity, Respect, Courage and Transparency.
This year, the theme of the Ethics Day was “Ethics in Action”, because L’ORÉAL’s Ethical Principles apply to all its employees, whatever their job and wherever they work. A live webchat was broadcast with Jean-Paul AGON, L’Oréal Chief Executive Officer and allowed all Group employees worldwide to ask their questions and to exchange on the everyday application of ethics at L’ORÉAL. Ethics chats were also organized in each Country with local management.
In 2012, over 22,000 Group employees participated in Ethics Day, asking over 2,600 questions.
