Gaurav Anand is Chief Digital & Marketing Officer at L’Oréal India and drives the integration of consumer insights, data, strategy, media and consumer advisory functions to enable L’Oréal’s digital-first brands to deliver accelerated growth on online platforms.

Shradha Nichani is the head of L’Oréal’s Luxury division in India and is responsible to drive the Conquest roadmap for brands like YSL Beauty, Kiehl’s, Lancôme etc. by creating exceptional omnichannel consumer experiences and the foundation for sustainable growth for our business.

Tejas Shah comes with over 20 years of experience in Information Technology and at L’Oréal. He joined L'Oréal India as the Chief Information Officer in June 2022.

Amit Jain is the Managing Director of L’Oréal India and is responsible for driving the company’s growth, operations, and strategy, across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal.

Having been with L’Oréal for 15 years, Stijn Rijckbosch joined L’Oréal India as Chief Financial Officer in 2021. Following his Master’s degree at the University of Brussels in 2002, Stijn began his career as an external auditor at Deloitte, where he worked for 3 years.

Anil Chilla is responsible for the digital transformation and e-commerce acceleration at L’Oréal India. Anil has been L’Oréal India since July, 2019.

Rajesh Gopal joined L’Oréal India in September 2019 as the Chief Information Officer.

Thierry Laurain took over the role of the Chief Financial Officer for L’Oréal India in 2017.
