L'Oréal Group Articles: With the ‘Pride Month’, L’Oréal has underlined its commitment to inclusivity for people from the LGBTI community. Thanks to the ‘March for Me’ initiative, any employee could be represented at the World Pride event in New York on June 30, if they wish to be.

We are signatory of the Women’s Empowerment Principles since 2014, and publicly support the UN Global LGBTI Standards of Conduct for Business. L’Oréal is a patron of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals Action Platform “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions”.

As sexual harassment has been identified as one of the most important issues facing women and girls worldwide , L’Oréal Paris has decided to take action. And to launch a campaign to encourage women and men to intervene safely if they experience or witness street harassment.
