Home to a young population of 262 million inhabitants in which 51% use the internet, Indonesia is the fastest growing mass market for L’Oréal. There are currently 15 L’Oréal brands available in the country and Indonesia is the number one market for both luxury, professional products and men’s face care. The market has already doubled in size the last ten years and shows no sign of slowing down.

L’Oréal announces the signing of an agreement to acquire Logocos Naturkosmetik AG, the German beauty company which pioneered natural cosmetics with the brand Logona and other brands such as Sante. All the company’s brands are vegan and bio certified with a range of products using their own plant extracts and natural ingredients derived from organic farming.
