A local legend and pillar of the Little Rock community, the plant is the highest-volume color cosmetics production facility in the Groupe’s global network, specializing in mascara and liquid makeup for leading Consumer Product Division (CPD) brands including L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York and Essie.
