Developing multicultural diversity in our leadership

Project of L’Oréal Brazil
- Hello, Azre.
- How are you?
- Fine, thanks. And you, Marcia?
- Hi!
56% of the Brazilian population
is Black.
Though we have seen a relative change of mentality, the Black population remains underrepresented in the cooperative world and in positions of leadership.
Mentoria colorida was designed to shatter the hierarchy and to build bridges between people that rarely connect.
This was also an opportunity for the leadership to orient and advise the young people of L’Oréal in their career.
Mentoria colorida is only one year old, and we have already seen Black people of the company more confident when positioning themselves
in the work environment.
And also a stronger leadership engagement on multicultural diversity.
