L’Oréal North America Signs Agreement to Sell Dermablend
For 41 years, Dermablend has improved the quality of life for people with visible skin conditions by providing immediate coverage solutions. The brand has sought to reshape the world of beauty through normalizing diverse skin tones, types and conditions.
While we strongly believe that the Dermablend brand has a potential to grow, we have made to decision to focus on our global dermatological beauty brands. As a result, L’Oréal has agreed to sell the Dermablend brand. We believe that under new ownership the brand can realize its full potential.
We are grateful to Dermablend’s teams’ dedication to deliver extraordinary products and experiences through empathy and scientific rigor and to their incredible contributions to the Active Cosmetics Division over the years. We will be working with our Dermablend dedicated employees to ensure that the business transition is smooth over the coming weeks. No layoffs are expected as we will find the right career path for each dedicated Dermablend employee.
