Frank Burkhardt joined l’Oréal in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer for Switzerland – leading marketing, media and the digital transformation.
Before joining l’Oréal Switzerland, he worked in several commercial and digital leadership roles for Procter & Gamble – mostly in Beauty categories. At P&G, he started his career in Belgium in 2003 in the Belgium Sales organization, working with the French Retailer Carrefour.
After that he moved to Germany he was responsible for the account management of several German strategic customer groups. Then he became marketing head of the male and female shave care business for the DACH cluster. In 2012 he gained first expertise in the digital space, working as eCommerce director for P&G DACH.
As of 2016 he went on his first international assignment where he led sales & commercial for P&G Europe out of Geneva in Switzerland. (Frank B. is living with his wife and three little daughters in the Geneva area).
