Nguyen Minh Ngoc was appointed as Human Resources Director of L’Oréal Vietnam from February 2022. Ngoc joined L’Oréal from Lazada Logistics Vietnam, where she entered in 2020 as Vice President and Head of HR. She oversaw the HR department and led all aspects of HR for more than 650 employees and 2,200 delivery riders. During her tenure, Ngoc has successful led the restructuring and integration of Lazada E-logistic and Lazada Express company. And she defined a clear strategy to attract, retain and develop top talents. From 2014 to 2020, Ngoc was a Senior HR Manager of BP PLC in London, UK, for the Global Operations and major projects organization with over 2,000 employees. She directly managed a global HR team, based in London and Houston. Ngoc is passionate about young professionals; she was the Co-Founder of Vietnam Youth Forum in 2008. And from 2017 to 2019, Ngoc became the Co-Founder of Zig Zag, an online platform and mobile app for recruitment in the UK. |
With her skills and experiences in leading HR teams, as well with her strong commercial acumen and her focus on customers, Ngoc shall put L’Oréal Human Resources at the heart of the business and people fully at the center; to further orchestrate and lead the organizational transformation of L’Oréal Vietnam. With her, Human Resources will remain a driving force of our transformation, to make L’Oréal Vietnam an innovative and sustainable company, and to fulfill our mission of “Create the beauty that moves the world”.
